Sometimes AI-generated voices don’t pronounce names or terms the way you expect. Hypernatural includes a Pronunciation tab where you can define how specific words should be spoken. Add custom pronunciations once and reuse them across all future videos.
Think of it like a pronunciation dictionary you can reuse across videos.
How to adjust pronunciation
In the editor, go to Audio → Pronunciation
Click Add a word
Enter the word and its phonetic spelling
Save your changes
Click Regenerate → Audio → Regenerate (credits cost will be shown before confirming)
What happens next
Once you’ve added a word to your Pronunciation list:
It will be pronounced the same way across future videos
You won’t need to re-enter or regenerate for that word again
Tips
Use the Pronunciation tab instead of changing spelling in your script. This keeps your captions accurate while ensuring the voiceover sounds correct.
Add all your pronunciations before regenerating. Each time you regenerate, the system reprocesses the entire audio track, so batching edits helps reduce credit use.
If you already know a word may be mispronounced, add it to your Pronunciation list in advance (even in another video) before generating. This helps you avoid needing to regenerate later
