These instructions provide guidance for handling the following error when using the Hypersync for Okta to populate an access review:
“Unable to collect proof. Either the proof source doesn’t exist or you don’t have permission to access it. Please check your permissions and verify that the source exists.”
Okta has permission limitations for providing access to user apps which are outlined in the following document:

Please contact Okta support to enable permissions and allow importing to access reviews to work.
