If you use the "Generate Word report (.docx)" option from a program’s overflow (…) menu, any "custom built-in fields unique to that program" will not be included in the exported Word document.

For example:

  • "Existing authorization date" is a built-in custom field unique to FedRAMP programs.

  • This field will not appear in the Word report because most programs do not include it.

How to export built-in custom fields:
To include these fields, use the "Export program" option from the overflow (…) menu instead.

  • The export generates a "zip file" that contains a "requirements.csv" file.

  • The requirements.csv file includes:

    • Built-in custom field values (such as Existing authorization date for FedRAMP).

    • Any custom fields configured in "Settings > Custom fields."

Use cases:

The primary use case is "StateRAMP," but this export method also works for "FedRAMP" and other programs with similar built-in fields.
