If you see this error:
"We're very sorry. There is an error with the current proof version and our engineers will investigate. Please select a different version.", you can try regenerating the proof to reload the vendor questionnaire response proof file.
How to regenerate the proof:
From the left menu, select Vendors.
Select the vendor.
Select the Proof tab.
Click the proof to open the Proof Preview window for the questionnaire PDF that is failing.
Update the Provided By field on the right panel (you can delete the text later).
Click outside of the textbox.
Click Done This triggers Hyperproof to relaunch an attempt to rebuild the proof preview.
Click the questionnaire PDF proof again to view the preview successfully.
Once the proof has loaded, you can remove the temporary text you entered in the Provided By field.
