The export formats of CSV and XLSX are different by design.
The CSV format is similar to the one used for importing controls into Hyperproof.
When exporting to XLSX, the columns exported, the column order, and the sort order of the rows are determined by the grid view settings. Before exporting, configure the settings for the grid view the way you want the spreadsheet to be organized using the gear icon, then export to XLSX.
The Maps to risk column data in the export file applies only to controls, when controls are linked to risks. If you export controls and their associated scopes, the Maps to risk column for the exported scopes records is empty, because scopes can't be linked to risks.
For exports requiring all the information shown in the user interface, we recommend exporting the XLSX version.
