When uploading proof, users are prompted to add the files to a label. A prompt comes up asking user if they want to "Skip and don’t ask again". If the user checks the box and later changes their mind and would like to be prompted to add labels on future uploads, there is no place in the app to elect to be prompted again. This article provides a workaround to retrieve the prompt by deleting a cookie in your browser settings.
Here are the steps to get to the prompt:
Go to Audits from the left menu.
Select an audit.
Click the Requests tab.
Select a request.
Click Add Proof.
Select several proof files to upload.
We don’t currently have a way in app to get the "Skip labels and don’t ask again" to prompt the user again after selection. However, you can do the following in your browser to get the prompt back:
Go to Developer Tools > Application > Local Storage.
Find Hyperproof under Local Storage.
Search and delete "hp-proof-picker-link-label"
