Problem:
If you're using Hyperproof and the screen spontaneously reloads with a spinning cursor and the message:
"We're getting things ready for you, this should take just a few moments. Hyperproof has been updated."
this may point to a client-side network misconfiguration, typically related to your VPN or proxy settings.
Troubleshooting steps (may require IT assistance):
First clear your browser's site data:
Press F12 on your keyboard to open your developer tools
Click the Application tab
Under Storage in the left panel
Expand Local Storage and Session Storage
Right click on https://hyperproof.app and click Clear for each
Are you using a VPN, proxy, or VPN replacement (e.g., Netskope)?
Can you test Hyperproof without using the VPN?
Are you connected to a corporate network or working from home?
If on a corporate network:
Are there any proxies or network appliances in use?
Can you test from a different network, like a coffee shop or mobile hotspot?
Are there any special browser plugins or security tools installed?
Can you test on a different laptop that does not have those tools or plugins installed?
