What to do if you don’t receive a password reset email

This article provides troubleshooting guidance for not receiving the requested password reset email.

If you’re trying to reset your password by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link on the Hyperproof sign-in page but haven’t received the reset email, follow these steps:

  • Check your spam/junk folder to ensure the email wasn’t filtered out of your inbox.

  • Confirm whether your domain requires SSO. If your company enforces SSO (Single Sign-On), you won’t be able to reset your password via email. You’ll need to log in using your organization’s custom domain (e.g., https://luna.hyperproof.app instead of https://hyperproof.app). Learn more about how SSO enforcement works here.

  • Try again using an incognito/private browser tab. Navigate to https://hyperproof.app and click "Forgot your password?" to request a new reset email.
