Workshop Description

In this new feature workshop, we take a deep dive into Hyperproof’s Risk Intake and Risk Assessment capabilities, exploring why these features were introduced, how they work today, and where we’re headed next.

We start by examining the challenges organizations face when risk identification and risk assessment are disconnected, such as inconsistent inputs, manual triage, and outdated risk registers. From here, we explain the motivation behind Risk Intake and how it was designed to create a structured, scalable way to capture risk signals from across the organization and connect them directly to formal risk assessments.

During the workshop, we walk through how this feature works in Hyperproof, from designing and distributing risk intake surveys to reviewing and triaging submissions, assessing risk using likelihood, impact, and tolerance, routing items through approval and risk committee workflows, and automatically updating the risk register with approved risks.

We conclude by discussing how Risk Intake and Risk Assessment align with Hyperproof’s broader product vision, including upcoming enhancements and how these workflows will continue to evolve to support more effective and collaborative risk management.

Watch this recording to deepen your understanding of the platform’s risk capabilities and long-term direction.
