We will retain your data for as long as you maintain an active subscription. This allows you to maintain QC1000-required documentation within the system for the duration of your subscription.
If you choose to terminate your subscription
If you decide to end your subscription but still need to meet QC1000’s seven-year documentation retention requirement:
You can use our export tools to offload your data to a storage location of your choice.
You are responsible for retaining exported documentation in accordance with your regulatory obligations.
You may engage our Professional Services team for assistance with a structured data export.
We recommend planning exports in advance of termination to ensure continuity and compliance with your retention requirements.
