Resolving a missing email address error

Identify the cause of the error
The error message states: “Missing email address. We can’t find an email address for this account. Please log in with an account that has an associated email inbox.”
If your organization has Single Sign-On (SSO) configured with Entra ID, this error usually indicates that the user profile is missing an email address within the Microsoft Entra admin center.
Steps for IdP administrators to update contact information
To resolve this issue, an Entra ID administrator must ensure the user's contact information is complete. While the Microsoft interface is subject to change and is not controlled by Hyperproof, an administrator can generally follow these steps:
Log in to the Microsoft Entra admin center.
Navigate to the User section.
Select Properties.
Locate the Contact Information section.
Enter the correct email address in the Email field.
Save the changes.
Once the email address is added in Entra ID, the user should be able to log in to Hyperproof without receiving the error message.
