Issues impacting audit requests

Our Engineering team is investigating multiple issues affecting audit requests and is working toward a resolution.

Overview

Hyperproof Engineering is aware of two specific issues impacting the functionality of audit requests following a recent update. This article provides details on the current known issues and how you can report them if your organization is affected.

Known issues

We are currently addressing the following technical items:

  • Incorrect sort order. The sort order for the request ID and Reference columns is incorrect after applying two filters.

  • Duplicate requests. Sorting request grid view by the Assignee column results in duplicate requests being displayed.

Workarounds

  • To resolve the duplicate requests issue

    • Sort by any other column besides Assignee to view requests without duplicates.

    • Then use the Assignee filter to limit results as desired.

    • If the Assignee sort function must be used, the correct requests are accessible by scrolling past the duplicates.

Note: Our team is actively investigating these issues. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve them quickly.

Reporting these issues

If you are experiencing either of these issues within Hyperproof, please contact the support team.

  1. Gather specific details or screenshots of the behavior you are seeing.

  2. Email the details to support@hyperproof.io.

Best practices

While our team works on a fix, we recommend verifying your active filters if you notice unusual sort behavior in your audit requests.
