Step 1: Open the Form Builder
Go to your Event Dashboard.
Select the event you’d like to enable registration for.
Click Registration Form → Create New Form.
💡 Tip: Each event can have its own unique form, or you can reuse a saved template from a previous event.
Step 2: Add Form Fields
Use the form builder’s field library to add questions or inputs.
Simply drag and drop fields into your form layout.
Common field types include:
Short text – for names, job titles, or simple answers.
Email – for attendee contact information.
Dropdown / Radio buttons – for multiple choice options.
Checkbox – for terms or add-ons (e.g. “I agree to terms”).
Paragraph / Long text – for open-ended responses.

Step 3: Apply Logic and Conditions
You can make your forms smarter with conditional logic:
Show or hide questions based on previous answers.
Pre-fill fields for returning attendees.
Trigger automatic follow-up actions.
Example:
If “Attending Dinner” = Yes → Show “Dietary Requirements”.

Step 4: Customize Design & Branding
Match your form to your event’s look and feel:
Upload your event logo.
Adjust colors and button styles.
Add a header message or instructions.
Preview your form on desktop and mobile.
💡 Pro Tip: Use your brand colors to create consistency between your registration form and your event page.
Step 5: Save or Publish
When you’re done building:
Click Save Draft to come back later, or
Publish Form to make it live immediately.
Once published, you’ll get a shareable link and an embed code to place the form on your website or landing page.
