Content Topics are required for creating Action Sites. They help you label and categorize your sites to retrieve results later. Content Topic results can be retrieved from Search or Contacts Management in the Digital Actions tab.
Create a Content Topic
From the Shortcuts icon in the top navigation bar, select 'Content Topic'.
A sidebar will appear to create a content topic name and description.
Some ideas for content topics include:
The name of your organization
Types of legislation (i.e. Senate Bills)
Issue areas (Education, Criminal Justice, Infrastructure)
Click 'Add Topic' when you've entered all of your information. Once you head to Digital > Web Pages to create new content, this content topic should be available.
