Beacon has a number of tools that allow you to visualise and use the data that you've got in your database. Let's take a look at setting some of these up.
Filtered list views
Filtered list views allow you to segment data in Beacon and create lists of records that meet certain relevant criteria.
First, start with learning the basics of filtering; how to do it, why it's useful, and even how Beacon AI can help you build your more complex filters.
Then, take a look at some examples of the types of list views you might need to get you started.
Dashboards
Let your teams see the things that matter to them. Increase staff engagement by filtering out the stuff they don’t need. Make their processes really clear, and highlight where action needs to be taken.
Dashboards can be added for individuals, or shared with entire teams. It's completely up to you!
Begin with learning about how to create new dashboards, the different types of cards you can create and how to share your creations with the team with this article.
The consider some of these examples when you come to creating your own.
These are both great ways to allow your team to start using your data in a way that keeps it all within Beacon. We've done a lot of work to make sure the data we now have is clean, concise and is updating in real time. Your dashboards and filtered list views will reflect this real time data and hopefully make life much easier for the entire team.
