Global Data is the central hub of your iClosed account, where you'll see every contact that interacted with your scheduler.
By definition, Contacts are all invitees (leads) that interacted with your scheduler, and had a unique phone number or email. Meaning, that if there was an invitee who scheduled multiple calls with different emails but with one phone number only, it would be considered as one contact.
