Global Data is the central hub of your
iClosed account, where you'll see every contact that interacted with your scheduler.
By definition, Contacts are all invitees (leads) that interacted with your scheduler, and had a unique phone number or email. Meaning, that if there was an invitee who scheduled multiple calls with different emails but with one phone number only, it would be considered as one contact.
Pro tips
Contacts section comes with unique quick filter - Contact creation date.
Bear in mind that this filter will show contacts as per date when they interacted with iClosed for the first time (when they were created) and not when they have booked a call or last time when they have visited the form.
After using the filter make sure to remove it, so you can always see all contacts on your Global Data dashboard.
