I subscribed to the wrong plan — how do I switch?

There’s no self-serve plan switch at the moment. Contact support and we’ll sort it out — the process usually takes a few minutes.

Here’s what happens: we cancel the current plan, you subscribe to the one you actually need, and we make sure you’re not double-charged. If you applied a coupon to the wrong plan, we can transfer it.

Important: Don’t try to switch by subscribing to a new plan on your own — this creates a second active subscription and you’ll be charged for both. Reach out to us first.
