It depends on whether the icons are part of your interface or something your users can access and reuse on their own.
If you're using Icons8 icons as UI elements in your own app — buttons, menus, dashboard visuals — a standard paid subscription covers that. The icons are part of your interface, not something end users extract or reuse.
If your app lets users browse, select, or place Icons8 icons in their own projects, that goes beyond what a standard subscription covers. When users can extract icons as standalone files and reuse them independently, each user needs their own active subscription. A single subscription can't extend icon access to multiple independent users.
