The policy outlines your expected conduct on the Services to uphold their integrity and protect the community of users. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Lunacy’s documentation or support pages. Users must not use the Services:
in a criminal, illegal, or another unlawful manner, nor a violation of any applicable regulations or industry codes;
In violation of U.S. export and assets control laws or sanctions.
Conduct Restrictions
While using Services, users must not:
To disrupt, deceit, harm, or use against Icons8, its subsidiaries, employees, authors, models, users, partners, and providers;
Re-sell or redistribute access to the Services.
Attempt security testing, penetration, or scanning.
Reverse engineer, parse, or make competitive products;
Transmit unwanted communications (e.g., sending spam).
Use the Services for activities posing risks to life, property, or the environment.
Act in bad faith or maliciously.
Scrape, data mine, or programmatically access Lunacy or its content without explicit permission.
Use third-party content without authorization (e.g., using stolen content).
Modify or utilize code that modifies Lunacy's code execution.
Content Restrictions
Users are prohibited from using Services for any content that:
Is fraudulent, defamatory, deceptive, or misleading.
Obscene, vulgar, or offensive.
Promotes violence or hatred towards a definite or indefinite group of people or a person;
Encourages unlawful behavior or illegal activities.
Violates privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property rights (e.g., uploading stolen content).
Pornographic, made for adult entertainment or escort services.
Made for gambling, betting, and lottery services, applications, and events;
Contains sensitive information subject to regulation or protection under applicable laws (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, etc.)
Violating this policy or facilitating its breach will result in necessary actions by Icons8 administrators to safeguard the Services, users, and third parties. Actions may include data removal, content deletion, or suspension of service access. No compensation or refund will be provided for service interruptions due to policy violations. In the event of persistent and repeated violations of the provisions herein, Icons8 reserves the right to impose non-refundable fines for such instances.
