How to manage your subscription through Stripe customer portal

How can I update my card if my payment failed?

If you pay with a card, you can access your Stripe customer portal to update your billing or company information.

You will be redirected to our payment provider's authorization page. Enter your Icons8 billing email address to get the login link. If the entered email is active with Icons8 LLC, you'll receive a link that will be active for 30 minutes.


Check your inbox and click the Log in to your customer portal button. If you don't receive a letter, please also check the spam folder. Contact us for help if your billing email is no longer accessible.

Here is what you can do through your customer portal 👇

  • Pay the amount due. If your regular payment fails, use this option to renew your sub instantly. You can also pay the failed invoice and update the card at once.

  • Cancel plan. Use this option to cancel your sub. It will remain active till the end of the paid period. Contact us to void the past-due invoice if you have one. Otherwise, the payment system might charge you later for the missed subscription period.

  • Delete your card. Card deletion doesn't cancel your sub. Contact us to void the past-due invoices if you want to remove your credit information and cancel the sub permanently.

  • Add a new card. Please delete the old card if you manually add a new one. It will ensure the new card is set up as the default one.

  • Update your billing information. The updates will be applied to all future invoices and receipts, as the payment system can't apply them retrospectively. Contact us to request changes to the documents that have already been issued.

  • See the paid/failed/open invoices. Contact us to void any unpaid or incorrect invoices; otherwise, the payment system might try to charge you later.

  • Download your invoices and receipts in PDF. To open the doc, press the link icon next to the date in your invoice history.

Contact us to update the email associated with your Icons8 account or tax ID.
