Try these steps first:
Refresh the page
Log out and log back in
Make sure you're signed in with the same email you used to purchase
If you purchased through the Microsoft Store, sync can take up to 24 hours. If you're using the Figma plugin or Pichon app, verify you're logged in with the same email as your Icons8 subscription.
Still showing a free plan? Contact support with the date, amount, and time of your payment and the last four digits of the card used. For PayPal, include your PayPal email and any confirmation screenshots.
