If you've just purchased a subscription but the "Free plan" is still reflected in the profile summary, it means your payment hasn't been synchronized with the Icons8 account. There are several reasons for that, and all of them are solvable:
The payment system failed during the synchronization;
You were not signed in to your Icons8 account while purchasing the plan and used a different email to sign up afterward;
You made a typo in the billing email and used the correct one to sign in to your Icons8 account;
You used a hidden Apple email address during the purchase, and your Icons8 subscription was linked to it;
The latest payment failed, and you see a red banner asking you to contact Support;
You previously canceled the subscription, and the paid plan expired, as did the unused downloads.
To fix this, contact us and specify the date/sum/time of the latest payment and the four last digits of the charged card. If you used PayPal, please also specify your PayPal email. Any screenshots confirming the purchase would be very helpful, too.
