If you see a red banner, your subscription is temporarily suspended because the latest payment failed for various reasons. Please start a chat, and we'll send you a direct link to the unpaid invoice so you can renew your plan and update the card.
Alternatively, learn how to pay the past-due invoice and update your card using your Stripe customer portal.
If you see such a notification, please don't rush to buy a new subscription because the current unpaid one is still active. If you do so, your card will be updated, and the system will charge you for the failed invoice during the next payment attempt.
Purchasing another subscription will not cancel the previous plan or void the past-due invoice, so you risk being double-charged for several plans afterward.
