If you're subscribed via PayPal and get emails from PayPal about failed charges, it means that your Icons8 subscription has been suspended due to insufficient balance. The suspended subscription is reflected as a free plan, but it has not been entirely canceled.

If you have insufficient funds, PayPal subscription algorithms temporarily freeze your plan, and when your balance is enough, the payment collection continues. PayPal accumulates the outstanding balance for all the missed billing cycles until you pay or cancel the subscription.
