Show or hide tasks or parts program using the eye icon beside each task or roll-up.

This will hide the tasks from the timeline and any linked BIM objects or resources attached to those tasks.

The hidden state of tasks will persist between sessions so if you want to hide say design and procurement tasks you will not have to do this every time.

The example shows only onsite works visible, which reduces the clutter in the Task window.

You can further filter visible tasks in the Task by showing only a specific building or area, as the hierarchy permits. This affects all users, whereas filtering in the Task window affects only the current user. Often the design and procurement sections should be hidden.

Future: Allow Hierarchy show/hide statuses to be saved and shared, to allow view states for (say) trade animations to be reproduced without having to hunt through the hierarchy every time.
