Cambiar producto, talla o color: Si deseas cambiar tu producto por otra talla, color o estilo, eso se puede hacer fácilmente devolviendo tu pedido siguiendo la guía a continuación, y luego realizando un nuevo pedido posteriormente.
Devolución de 2 o más pedidos separados: Si estás devolviendo varios pedidos diferentes (o parte de pedidos), no es posible devolverlos en el mismo paquete. Esto será rechazado en nuestro almacén y se te devolverá.

Cómo devolver:

3. Adjunta la etiqueta de envío prepagada incluida de manera visible en el exterior del paquete. (Si hay una etiqueta antigua en el paquete, debes cubrirla para que no sea visible)
4. Obtén un recibo cuando entregues el paquete. (Este es tu comprobante de devolución si un paquete se pierde durante el envío.)
