Så här returnerar du:
1. Fyll i returformuläret som ingick i din beställning när du mottog den.
2. Packa de varor du vill returnera säkert och inkludera det ifyllda returformuläret i paketet med de produkter du returnerar.
3. Fäst den medföljande förbetalda fraktetiketten synligt på utsidan av paketet. (Om det finns en gammal etikett på paketet måste du täcka över denna så att den inte är synlig)
4. Få ett kvitto när du lämnar paketet. (Detta är ditt bevis på retur om ett paket går förlorat under frakten.)
När ditt returpaket har mottagits och hanterats, kommer returavgiften på 49 SEK att dras av och återstående belopp av din beställning kommer att återbetalas till samma betalningsmetod som du använde vid köp av din beställning. Hela processen tar 5-10 arbetsdagar
