Troubleshooting Apple Watch Connectivity

Do you have trouble connecting your Health app or heart-rate to the app? Get some answers here.

In order for the Immersion app to get up and running, the app needs to have access to your heart-rate data on your iPhone. If you have paired your device, but are receiving a message about not having heart-rate or healthkit permissions enabled, go to your Health app on your iPhone and adjust the settings.

In order for your Apple Watch to continuously send data to the immersion platform, its display must be set to "Always on". In order to to do this head to Settings ->
