First things first, please make sure your Whoop device is already paired and connected with the Whoop app on your smartphone. Click the links for more information on pairing your Whoop device to an iPhone and an Android or contact Whoop to help you pair your device.
Ensure your Whoop Device is broadcasting
Once connected, you need to make sure your Whoop device is broadcasting. Go to Settings > Strap Settings > Toggle on HR Broadcast.

β2. Go to the Immersion Mobile app and connect the Whoop device
Once you are broadcasting, you are ready to connect the device to the Immersion app! Follow these instructions for connecting the device.
Note: you can have the Whoop device on and broadcasting prior to connecting to the Immersion app or you may turn it on when the Immersion app prompts you. Both work!
