I have been unable to log into my workplace account on my phone. When I go to the login page on my phone, I am only able to access the blank account. I use the link provided in my initial welcome email from my PC and it goes to April GRIT, but when I use the same link from my phone it goes to the blank account.
This usually means you have created a duplicate account that is not associated with the StoryAthlete™ community and you are logged into the wrong account.
