How to Request Updates from Other Users in imploy

Need input from a colleague about a client’s care plan, roster, or budget?

Step 1: Go to the Client's Profile

Navigate to the Clients tab and select the client you want to request an update for.

Step 2: Click the 'Notes & Activity' button

In the navbar of the profile, click ‘Notes & Activity’. You will see the Request Update button on the right hand side.

Step 3: Choose what the update relates to

You’ll be prompted to select the type of update:

  • Care Plan

  • Roster

  • Budget

  • Other

Step 4: Select the recipient

Choose the user you want to send the request to. You can only select users with access to the client’s record.

Step 5: Add a message

Include a short note describing what’s needed. For example:
“Can you please update the mobility goal in the care plan?” or
“Could you revise the roster to reflect the new preferred days?”

Step 6: Send the request

Click Send. The recipient will receive an in-app notification of the request.
