Changing your email address on Imploy

If you need to update the email address associated with your Imploy account, we’re here to help.

For security reasons, email addresses can only be updated by our support team.

How to Request an Email Change

You can contact us in either of the following ways:

Option 1: Use the Intercom Chat

  1. Log in to your Imploy account

  2. Click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner

  3. Send us a message requesting an email update. Be sure to include your current email and the new email you'd like to use

Option 2: Email Our Support Team

Email us at support@imploy.com.au with:

  • Your full name

  • Your current registered email

  • The new email address you'd like to use

What Happens Next

Once we verify your request, we’ll update your email and send you a confirmation. You’ll then be able to log in with your new address.
