How to send rosters to clients via email

Once your weekly shifts are scheduled in imploy, you can easily send rosters directly to clients via email.

Step 1: Go to the Roster tab

In the left-hand sidebar, the Roster tab is shown, which opens your calendar view.

Step 2: Locate the Email Button

On the right-hand side, there is a button with an email icon under the filter menu; this is the button to send the roster; click it.

Step 3: Select the date range

Choose the date range you want to send the roster for. Use the calendar selector at the top of the page for 'From' and 'To.'

Step 4: Select Clients

If you only want to send the roster to a specific client, use the Client Filter to narrow down the view and select each individual client.

Alternatively, you can click the 'Select All Clients', which will email all Active clients.

Step 5: Click ‘Send Roster’

At the bottom right of the page, click the ‘Send Roster’ button.

Step 6: Confirmation and status

A confirmation will appear once emails have been sent.
