Answer: You can add staff from the "Users" section. Go into "Manage Staff" > "Staff" > "New Staff". They will get an email link automatically to change the password. Then they can log in directly into the app.
If they didn't receive the link, they can follow the reset password flow from the web or mobile app - once they enter there email, they will be able to reset there password, allowing them to join.
Resending an Invitation
If a staff member loses their email or the link expires, you don’t need to delete and recreate their profile. Simply open their Staff Profile and click the "Resend Invite Email" button at the top right to trigger a new invitation instantly.
