Once you have entered the client's long and short term goals, Imploy lets you save the completed care plan as a PDF and store it against the client's profile. Saving it to the Care Plan tab also makes it viewable by the client on the mobile app.
Saving the care plan as a PDF
Fill in the care plan, including the long and short term goals.
Click the Download button at the bottom right of the form. Imploy generates a PDF with the client's details prefilled.
Save the PDF to your device.
Adding the PDF to the client's Care Plan tab
Open the client's profile and go to the Care Plan tab.
Click Upload.
Enter the Date of Creation and the Date of Renewal.
Select the PDF you just downloaded (click to upload, or drag and drop the file).
Click Save.
The care plan now appears as a card on the Care Plan tab. If you also keep general records elsewhere, you can store a copy in the client's Documents section.
Viewing the care plan on the mobile app
Once the care plan is saved on the Care Plan tab, the client can view it directly from the Imploy mobile app as a PDF. This gives the client easy access to their current care plan, including their long and short term goals, wherever they are.
Tip: Uploaded PDFs open in a PDF viewer on the mobile app, while care plans built with Use Form open as a form preview. If you want the plan to appear specifically as a PDF on mobile, download it first (above) and upload it to the Care Plan tab, rather than leaving it as a live form only.
Important: For a care plan to appear on the mobile app, it must be saved on the client's Care Plan tab. A care plan saved only to your device, or stored only in another section, won't show in the app.
