People and Supplier Directory Overview

The system includes a way to manage your contacts: the People directory, which provides a unified view of every individual and supplier in your organisation.

The People Directory

The People page serves as your central CRM (Customer Relationship Management) hub. It combines three distinct groups into a single searchable list:

  • Staff: All internal employees and users.

  • Clients: The individuals receiving care or services.

  • Suppliers: External businesses and vendors.

Navigating the People List

Each row in the People table provides quick access to contact information. However, the system handles each type of person differently when you click their name:

  • Viewing Staff: Clicking a staff member's name will take you directly to their full Staff Profile.

  • Viewing Clients: Clicking a client's name opens a Quick View sidebar. This allows you to see essential client details without leaving the directory page.

  • Viewing Suppliers: Supplier names are displayed clearly to show who is associated with your organization, though detailed management is handled in the dedicated Suppliers dashboard.

Identifiers

To help you distinguish between contacts at a glance, the system uses color-coded status circles:

  • Blue: Staff

  • Green: Clients

  • Purple: Suppliers
