Accessing Subscription Settings
Navigate to Settings from the main menu
Select Subscription from the left sidebar
Understanding Your Plan
The subscription banner at the top of the page displays your current plan information:
Plan Types
Plan | Description |
Starter Plan | Free tier with limited features and usage |
Premium Trial | Full Premium access during your free trial period |
Premium | Full access to all features with per-user pricing |
Status Badges
Your subscription may display one of the following status badges:
Badge | Meaning |
Free trial | You're currently on a free trial period |
Active | Your subscription is active and in good standing |
Canceled | Your subscription has been canceled but may still be active until the end of the billing period |
Discounted | You have a discount applied to your subscription |
Billing Information
For active subscriptions, you'll see:
Price per user – The monthly cost per user
Number of users – How many users are included in your subscription
Next billing date – When your next payment will be processed
Savings – If you have a discount applied, the amount you're saving per month
Upgrading to Premium
From Free Plan
If you're on the Starter Plan (Free):
Click the Upgrade to Premium button
Follow the prompts in the upgrade modal to select your plan
Complete payment through the secure checkout
From Trial
If you're on a Premium Trial and want to continue after your trial ends:
Click the Upgrade button
Add your payment method
Your subscription will continue seamlessly when the trial ends
Managing Your Subscription
If you have an active Premium subscription, click the Manage subscription button to access the Stripe billing portal where you can:
Update your payment method
Change your billing details
View and download invoices
Cancel your subscription
Update the number of users
Billing History
The Billing History section displays all your past invoices in a table format:
Column | Description |
Date | When the invoice was created |
Amount | The total amount charged |
Status | The payment status (Paid, Open, or Uncollectible) |
View Invoice | Click to open the full invoice in a new tab |
Invoice Statuses
Status | Meaning |
Paid | Payment was successful |
Open | Invoice is awaiting payment |
Uncollectible | Payment could not be collected |
Canceling Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription:
Click Manage subscription to open the billing portal
Select the option to cancel your subscription
Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
After cancellation:
Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
You won't be charged again
You'll retain access to Premium features until the period ends
After the period ends, your account will revert to the Starter Plan
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: When will I be charged?
A: Your payment is processed on your billing date each month. The next billing date is displayed on the subscription banner.
Q: Can I change my plan mid-cycle?
A: Yes, you can upgrade or change your subscription at any time. Changes to your user count will be prorated.
Q: What happens if my payment fails?
A: You'll receive a notification and have a grace period to update your payment method before your subscription is affected.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Payments made to Imploy are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time. You’ll retain access until the end of the current billing cycle, but remain responsible for any charges during that period.
