Sites allow you to create a shared environment where clients and staff are grouped together, and where rostering, documentation, and oversight can be managed in one place. This is particularly useful for SIL arrangements, shared accommodation, and other multi-participant settings.
Once a site is created, you can:
Assign multiple clients to the site.
Allocate staff members who regularly work at that location.
Roster shifts directly against the site, rather than repeating the same setup across individual client profiles.
Each site acts as its own operational hub. It tracks shift notes, billable entries, incidents, and shift cautions at the site level, while still automatically linking all records back to each client’s profile. This ensures nothing is lost or duplicated, and reporting remains accurate at both the site and client level.
Sites also support operational and compliance details. You can upload site-specific documents, set previous and next inspection dates, define the maximum number of participants, and set limits on the number of staff assigned to the site. This helps providers manage capacity, audits, and compliance requirements more effectively.
By introducing Sites, Imploy makes it easier to manage shared care environments without forcing teams into workarounds or duplicated admin. It provides a clearer structure for rostering, documentation, and oversight in settings where care is delivered collectively, not in isolation.
