Open the charge’s actions menu (three dots) and select Delete.
Not every charge can be deleted. Imploy respects “locked” finance entries (for example, entries that have already progressed into billing workflows). If the delete option isn’t available, that usually means the charge is protected and needs to be voided/managed from the client’s billable entries area instead (depending on your billing process).
If you delete a charge that is currently set as the primary, Imploy will automatically assign a new primary from the remaining charges so the task still has a main charge. If there are no charges left after deletion, the task is left with no primary charge (and you won’t be able to mark it as billable until you set one again).
If you’ve just added a new charge and it hasn’t saved yet, deleting it simply removes that draft entry from the task.
