SCHADS Alert Filtering & Export

Keeping an eye on SCHADS alerts is important… but scrolling through a long list isn’t anyone’s idea of a good time. So we’ve upgraded the existing SCHADS Alerts panel with two things that make it much easier to work with.

You can now filter SCHADS alerts by staff, with a quick search so you can jump straight to the right person without hunting. You can also filter by alert type, including overtime, short shifts (under 2 hours), broken shifts, insufficient hours, and daily max exceeded. If your filters are too specific and nothing matches, it will tell you clearly so you’re not left wondering where everything went.

Once you’ve narrowed the list down, you can export what you’re looking at to a CSV.

The export respects your filters, so you’re downloading the same set of alerts you can currently see in the panel. It includes the useful details like the staff member, the week, severity, shift counts, and the numbers behind each alert type (hours, counts, limits, and shortfalls), which makes it easy to share with payroll or keep a record.

When you’re ready to act, each alert still lets you jump straight into the calendar view for that staff member and week, so you can see the shifts behind the warning and fix it quickly.
