How to Access Roster Filters
Navigation Path: Sidebar > Roster
The Filter button is located in the top utility bar of the Roster module, situated between the "Clients" toggles and the "Vacant" button.

Navigate to the Roster in the main sidebar.
Click the Filter button to open the dropdown menu.
Quick Toggles & Operational Overlays
Cancelled Shifts: Toggle this to show or hide shifts that have been removed from the schedule but remain in the system for auditing purposes.
Vacant Shifts & Not Assigned: Use these toggles to quickly identify gaps in your roster. These highlight shifts that are missing staff assignments so you can ensure 100% coverage.
Recurring Shifts: Isolate regular, repeating appointments from one-off bookings to manage your long-term scheduling patterns.
Published Status
Path: Filter > Published Status Imploy utilizes a "Draft" workflow. You can filter your view to show only Published shifts (live for staff) or Unpublished shifts (drafts still being worked on).
Appointment Types
Path: Filter > Appointment Types Filter the roster by the specific service being provided, such as Companion Care, Behavior Therapy, or OT Training. This is essential for coordinators managing specific service lines.
Clock-in & Attendance Status
Path: Filter > Clock-in status Monitor your team in real-time. You can filter by:
Not clocked-in: Identify staff who may be late for a shift.
Not clocked-out: See who is currently on-site or may have forgotten to end their shift.
Completed: View all finalized appointments for the day.
Advanced Multi-Select Filters
When general filters aren't enough, advanced tools allow for granular selection and client communication.
Path: Filter > Advanced Filters This opens a full-screen selector where you can search for and select multiple Clients and Staff simultaneously. This is the most efficient way to view a specific coordinator's caseload or a specific team's schedule across multiple clients.
Emailing Client Rosters
Path: Filter > Email client rosters Once your roster is finalized, use this tool to distribute schedules directly to your clients.
Select your Start and End dates.
Search for and select the clients who should receive their schedule.
Click Email Roster to send a professional PDF or list view of their upcoming appointments.
Travel Inbetween
Path: Filter > Travel Inbetween Quickly identify shifts where travel time has been calculated or assigned between appointments. This helps ensure your staff have realistic transit times between clients.
Roster Stats Overview
Path: Filter > Stats Get a high-level summary of your current week without running a full report. The Stats overlay provides an instant look at:
Total Service Hours scheduled.
Count of Total Shifts.
Number of Vacant or Unassigned slots that require attention.
