Mapped Client Import is our next step toward making Imploy onboarding genuinely pleasant. It’s a big improvement to our manual CSV import (which is still available if you like), but it’s designed to get your client list in quick, clean, and with far less back-and-forth.
Instead of spending hours adjusting spreadsheets to match our strict template, you can now upload your file and map your columns to Imploy’s client fields. Once the mapping is set, Imploy handles the heavy lifting and brings your clients across in one go.
For most providers, that means importing clients, whether it’s a small list or a large one, which now takes under 10 minutes end-to-end (most of that time is reviewing and confirming your mapping).
This matters because onboarding shouldn't stop providers from making the switch. One of our main goals with Imploy, is to be able to get you and your team setup quickly, feel confident that your client information is correct, and start using Imploy properly on day one.
