Select a budget

On desktop, budgets are listed in the sidebar under Budgets. Each budget is shown as a date range and includes a status badge (for example Active).

On mobile, there is a Select budget dropdown at the top.

The sidebar footer also shows a Selected Budget summary, including:

  • The selected budget date range

  • The budget status

  • Rem: (remaining budget)

Workspaces and tabs

The workspace is organised into sections you can switch between.

Budget section

These tabs appear under Budget:

  • Budget

  • Expenses

  • Utilisation

Agreements section

These tabs appear under Agreements:

  • Planned Supports

  • Agreement

    • Create New

    • Generated Agreements

On mobile, you can switch between these using the workspace selector (for example Agreement / Create New).

What each tab is for

These are the workspace tab titles and what they are designed to do:

Budget Overview
Track bucket utilisation and funding allocation for the selected budget.

From here you may also have actions available such as:

  • Sync (syncs temporary funding and refreshes the workspace)

  • Audit and funding workflow actions like audit trail, temporary funding, and rollover, depending on your setup

Expenses
Review expense ledger entries and temporary funding and rollover movements.

This area supports actions like deleting temporary funding and deleting rollover entries. Deleting triggers confirmation dialogs:

  • Delete Temporary Funding? with the description “This will reverse temporary funding and deduct those amounts from the budget.”

  • Delete Rollover? with the description “This will remove rollover entries and reverse the rolled amounts from this budget.”

Utilisation
Track how each funded category is trending against plan period and allocations.

Planned Supports
Define pre-service supports with line items, assumptions, and estimated weekly cost.

When planned supports are saved successfully, you will see: Planned supports saved for this budget.

Agreement Builder (Create New)
Build, review, and download an NDIS service agreement document for this budget.

When agreement details are saved successfully, you will see: Agreement details saved for this budget.

Generated Agreements
View saved draft and sent agreement snapshots for this budget.

Signed agreements

If there are signed agreements available, the workspace can open a dialog titled Signed Agreements with the description:

“Select a signed agreement from the list to preview and download.”

Navigation controls (desktop)

On desktop, the workspace includes bottom navigation buttons:

  • Previous

  • Next: {Tab Title}

  • Close (when there is no next tab)
