As highlighted in our blog post Gmail Reputation is Removed: For Real This Time?, there have been recent changes to Google Postmaster Tools as they've moved from V1 to V2. With this change, we lose domain and IP reputation but gain a wide variety of new compliance check points such as user spam rate, encryption, delivery error data and a new Deliverability Analysis flag. All of these data points are useful for informing senders as to how Google perceives their email practices and how aligned they are with Google's email sender guidelines.
If you currently have a Google Postmaster account integrated with Inbox Monster, you will need to re-validate it with our Integrations section in order to provide us with additional permissions that Google is now requesting. Below are the instructions to complete this step and fully enable Google Postmaster v2 data within your Inbox Monster account:
1. Click the gear icon in the top nav, then select Setup and Integrations:
2. On the Integrations tab, find the Google Postmaster card and click it:
3. Sign in with the Google account registered to your Postmaster Tools domains:
4. Review the requested permissions and click Allow to complete the revalidation:
