An overview of Deliverability Reporting within the Inbox Monster Platform

Updated over a week ago

A campaign report highlights various aspects of deliverability by campaign. Inbox Monster creates an Inbox Placement Report for every campaign that is sent to our seedlist from your sending domain(s). Each of these reports provides Inbox Placement across a global range of ISPs, as well as tons of other deliverability data.

In the screenshot below, you can see that for each campaign received, we provide a breakdown of the overall inbox placement percentage on the right side.

You also may notice that we're tracking multiple domains here, each of which has our seedlist attached to outbound email campaigns.

If we click on one campaign, we'll be able to see Deliverability results.

We call this breakdown the Campaign Analysis, showcasing all deliverability measurement results for this specific campaign, leading with the following:

  • Subject Line

  • Sending Domain

  • Sending Duration

  • Sending IP(s)

  • Preview of Content within the Campaign

Toggling on the "Apply Subscriber Insight" button will generate personalized inbox placement results. This is only applicable if you've already uploaded your mailing list in the Subscriber Insight feature.

Learn how to upload your list here.

The next section of deliverability measurement is our Inbox Placement Analysis

If you've processed your Subscriber Domains through our Subscriber Insights tool, you'll have access to weighted percentages of Inbox Placement across your subscriber base.

Next, we can see Folder Placement for both Gmail and Outlook

Below that, we see Inbox Placement rates for different ISPs for different regions and audiences.

  • Green = Inbox

  • Yellow = Spam Placement (Bulk)

  • Red = Not received (blocked or missing)

For a more advanced view for each ISP, clicking on the Magnifying Glass πŸ”Ž will reveal a modal for each individual seed, the sending IP, placement, SCL/PCL/BCL values (where applicable), and raw X-headers.

In addition, an Inbox Placement trend line is available to monitor the progression of performance by ISP and time range.

The Content Analysis section contains content scores for the email creative sent during this test. Content scores help predict whether your creative will be flagged by content filters during your next campaign.

The Authentication Analysis section presents the status of your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records captured during the test and shows you a copy of each record.

Notice that Outlook isn't fully authenticated from the campaign view. This can point your email team to look into your DMARC records.

The Spamtrap Analysis section shows any trap hits from the Domains and IPs linked to this test over the last 7 days.

The Reputation Analysis section offers a comprehensive review of your sending domain and IP reputation from Google Postmaster Tools (GPT), Spamhaus and Outlook SNDS.

The Blocklists section will present any existing listings for the IPs linked to this test.

All of the above metrics combine to create a comprehensive view of one particular campaign's deliverability. Many of these views can be highly customized to fit your program's needs, and our easy-to-use custom notification features enable you to be made aware of anything in need of attention.
