Inbox Monster's Creative Rendering platform provides users with insight into how their emails are showing up in the inbox and provides content teams with collaborative tools for improving content in real-time.

This article outlines the workflow for generating Rendering Reports, Sharing Rendering Reports, and making use of collaborative tools for both Inbox Monster users and non-users.

I've also included an overview of the items in each Rendering Report below.

Generating Rendering Reports with Inbox Monster

There are multiple ways to generate Rendering Reports within Inbox Monster. Each of these processes yields the same result - a full Rendering Report that can then be shared with other users inside and outside of your Inbox Monster account as desired.

Below is a link to an article that outlines the 3 primary ways to generate Rendering Reports:

Sharing your Rendering Reports

Rendering Reports are immediately accessible to other users within your Inbox Monster account, but it's also possible to create a Shareable version that can then be shared with anyone outside of your account as desired.

Below is a link to an article that outlines the process of creating these shareable Rendering Reports:

Collaborative Workflow with Rendering Reports

Rendering Reports can be shared with users inside and outside of your Inbox Monster account, and the collaborative features can be used to facilitate discussion via Comments, highlight key items via Proofing, and Edit and Re-Run reports all within the platform.

Below is a link to an article that outlines each of these processes to ensure that your content meets your program's standards prior to deployment:

We're very excited to be sharing our suite of Rendering features - please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!
