If your team is currently utilizing the Creative Projects feature within the Inbox Monster platform, the Translation tool can save you hours of work and add an important quality check for your international subscribers.
Note: This feature is a separate paid addition to the Creative Projects contract.
To get started, go to "Creative Tools" → "Projects". Select an existing project that you would like to translate. Head over to the "Editor" tab.
Near the bottom of the screen, you will find the language drop-down highlighted in the screenshot below.
Selecting a different language from the default would then adjust your HTML code and translate the content to the selected language.
Example: Here it says "Make Collaboration flawless" in English.
Automatically, the exact same content was translated into French through the HTML.
After you've selected the language that you would like to translate, click on "Save Changes" in order to save the HTML as a new version. You can switch back and forth between the different versions. The translated version will now be showcased in the tabs listed above.
You can add as many languages as you need to and save them as different versions of the Project.
