How do you find candidates?
Our strongest sources are our LinkedIn content, our weekly newsletter, word of mouth, general content, and SEO. We're also proactively getting involved with student networks and other professional communities.
How can we track candidates coming from inClimate?
We forward all applicants to your original job post URL either directly in your ATS, on LinkedIn, or on your website. We automatically add a UTM source to the link so that you can track those clicks in your analytics. We are also working on a feature to let you see exactly who applied via inClimate.
How large is the talent pool on inClimate?
We currently have 13,000 signed-up users, our newsletter goes out to 25,000 readers every week, over 20,000 professionals follow us on social media, and thousands of professionals find our jobs through Google search and word of mouth. We're currently growing at a rate of 150-250 users per week.
Pricing
Can we get a discount?
Our pricing is so low that we generally don't offer discounts, but if your company has no funding and no revenue, we are happy to consider a discount on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us via team@inclimate.com in this case.
Can we just pay for one job post instead of paying a subscription?
We only offer a monthly subscription, but we kept it cheaper than a job post on any other platform. If you just want to post one job, you can simply start the subscription, post the job, and cancel your subscription again.
Can we test the platform monthly first?
Of course! On the pricing page, simply click on the toggle above to switch between monthly and yearly pricing.
Do you offer success-based recruiting as well?
To save you thousands of euros, we suggest to first start hiring for all roles via our subscription. If you are hiring for any particularly difficult roles, like a country-side-based sales manager who is a forestry expert, and you don't manage to fill that role through inClimate, then we can gladly get involved even more and can scout candidates for you on a success basis.
