How to Upload Your Own Content

Under Collections, you can upload your own content or data in the following file types: pdf, png, jpg, json, txt, csv, docx, doc, xlsx, xls, ppt, pptx, odp, ods, odt. This feature provides a seamless way to integrate your data with searches you've performed within the platform.

  1. Uploading Process

    • Click on "upload your own content" at the top

    • Drag in the desired file(s)

      • You can bulk upload up to five (5) files or images at one time

    • Customize metadata (e.g., title, source)

      • Updating the metadata is optional.

    • Certify non-sensitive or proprietary information

    • Click upload and wait for processing

  2. Managing Uploaded Content

    • Uploaded content appears in collections

    • Edit metadata anytime by selecting three buttons

    • Options to edit or delete the uploaded content

When using the Upload feature, there is a 20MB limit per file. If your file exceeds this limit, you can compress it or split it into smaller files.

Tip: The website www.ilovepdf.com provides an easy-to-use dashboard for compressing and splitting PDFs.

Why does my content fail to load?

If you receive an error message or the file does not load, then:

  1. Verify the file size does not exceed the 20 MB limit

  2. Ensure the file title does not have "" quotation marks in the file name

If the problem persists, contact us HERE for assistance.
