Adding Members to Your Organization

  1. Accessing Settings

    • Click on the upper right-hand corner to access settings.
      ​

  2. Selecting Organization

    • Under settings, choose organization to view current members.
      ​

  3. Inviting Members

    • Click on invite to add a new member by entering their email address.

    • Choose the role for the member (analyst or manager).

      • Managers have access to billing information, analysts do not.
        ​

  4. Sending the Invite

    • After entering the email and role, send the invite.

    • The invite will be sent to the member's email address.

      • Invite emails will come from "invitations@indagoapp.com." If members don't receive their invite, it's likely that it was blocked by your organization's filters.
        ​

  5. Member Setup

    • The member will receive the invite and can set up their account in your organization.

    • Once they accept the invite, they will be added as a member to the organization.

Deleting Members In Your Organization

  1. Accessing Settings

    • Click on the upper right-hand corner to access settings.

  2. Selecting Organization

    • Under settings, choose organization to view current members.

  3. Deleting Members

    • Find the name of the member you would like to remove and click on the gear icon.

    • Select remove user or revoke invitation (if the member has not accepted the invite yet).

This will remove the member from your organization and update your billing the next pay cycle.
