Can I point Indago to pull data from a specific website or search engine?
Indago currently can't pull data directly from specific websites or search engines. Instead, you can save data as a PDF by printing the screen or uploading PDF documents directly, allowing users to keep all their research in one place while gathering all the required data.
How far back does data go historically within Indago?
With Indago, users can gather data from up to three years ago, if available. To refine their search results, users can select a start and end date.
Can I add an image to my report?
Indago doesn't support adding images directly to the report via the platform. However, once your report is completed, users can copy and paste the text into a platform such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs. From there, you can easily add images to enhance your report.
Is my data secure when using Indago?
We prioritize the security of your data at Indago. Our platform uses the OpenAI API model and does not train on customer data, ensuring your information remains confidential. We use advanced encryption for data transmission and storage, conduct regular security audits, and follow industry best practices to safeguard your data.
What is the Token Limit?
When building reports in Indago, you'll see a Token Count limit, which shows the maximum number of tokens a report can include. As you select articles in your Collection, the counter will display your token usage. Staying within the 120,000 token limit helps maintain the quality of your report.

How do I reset my password?
If you want to reset your password while in your account, click on the three-line menu icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, select Account, scroll down to Security, select password, and follow the prompts to change your password.

How do I get a copy of my invoices?
To download a copy of your invoice, follow the below steps.
Log into Indago
Open the menu by clicking on the three-line menu icon in the upper right corner
Select Settings from the menu
Click on Subscription and then select Manage
Under the Invoice History section, click on the date of the invoice you'd like to download
Select Download Invoice or Download Receipt
